BEYOND KARMA
I had the great privilege of scoring this award winning documentary on the story of widows in India. This film took home the award for best international feature film at the Horsetooth International Film Festival in Denver, CO. The documentary is scheduled to be released world wide in 2020.
When an Indian woman becomes a widow, she often loses more than just her husband. She faces abandonment by her family, rejection from larger society, and pressure to trade her old life for an ascetic existence.
